Here is the menu that is available to Hotel Chiusarelli’s guests who choose half or full board treatment.

First course

  1. Pici pasta with meat and tomato sauce
  2. Strozzapreti pasta with mushrooms
  3. Ricotta and spinach small Ravioli with butter and sage
  4. Saffron risotto with bacon and leek
  5. Ribollita (bread and vegetable soup) in a crock pot
  6. Bread and tomato soup

Second dishes

  1. Suckling pig jowls with Vinsanto and Apple
  2. Grilled Paillard
  3. Sienese style Ossobuco (shin of veal with marrowbone)
  4. Stewed Tripe
  5. Tuscan Cold cuts Selection

Side dishes

  1. Roast Potatoes with Rosemary
  2. Sautéed Broccoli
  3. Cannellini Beans with Olive oil
