Reservations
Reservations are generally guaranteed by the guests’ credit card details (number + exp. date), or by paying a deposit for the first night of stay.
We never charge the guest’s credit card directly, except for no-show or cancellation fee. The bill is paid the day of check-out, by one of the following methods: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx), Bancomat (debit card) or Cash.
During Palio, Easter and New Year’s eve periods, we require a minimum stay of three nights.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made by fax or e-mail at least 48 hours before the arrival date (7 days before, for reservations during Palio, Easter and New Year’s Eve periods). In case of cancellation after the aforementioned deadlines, we will charge the first night of stay to the credit card as a cancellation fee.

More Info:
Check-in is after 1.00 PM. In case of an early arrival, our guests may leave their luggage at our Hotel.
Check-out is by 11.00 AM. Luggage can be left at the Reception desk in case our guests want to stay in Siena a bit longer.
Our Buffet Breakfast is served every morning at the Restaurant from 7.30 to 10.30.
Restaurant:
Lunch is served from 12.30PM to 2.30PM and Dinner from 7.30 to 10.00 PM.
